Delivery & Returns

Delivery
Free delivery on all orders within the UK. For international orders, please email me at bexgloverart@gmail.com and let me know which artwork you are interested in, so we can arrange a payment and delivery solution that works best for you.

All artwork will be securely packaged and sent via courier. I typically aim to dispatch within 7 days of your order (but sooner where possible). You will receive an email once the artwork has been dispatched and I may email to update you on delivery details, so please keep an eye out for any emails from me. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of your order.

If you require an item urgently, please get in touch and I’ll see what I can do.

Returns
I hope you’ll be super happy with your purchase but if you have any queries at all, please do get in touch at bexgloverart@gmail.com and I’ll do my best to help.

Damages
If your order has been damaged during transit, please contact me at bexgloverart@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and supply all of the information below. 

1. Full name and order number / proof of purchase
2. A photo of the damaged product
3. A photo of the interior packaging and delivery box.

Commissioned Artwork
Unfortunately due to the exclusive nature of commissioned artwork, all sales are final. Once an order has been dispatched, I do not accept returns or issue refunds.
